Organization Accounts: Setting up a Shared Mailbox

Organization Accounts with a Shared or Resource mailbox are not opened with a username and password. Instructions for opening a shared or resource mailbox on various platforms can be found in the following articles:

If you would like to change the alias of the account, please fill out the “Modify Account” form under the Request tab in this Service Catalog page.

Each mailbox has an associated group used for managing access to the mailbox. Owners of those groups can add or remove members by searching for the group at
