How to Open a Support Ticket with Zoom's "Submit a Request"

Get help with video conferencing and remote meetings from scheduling and joining a meeting to troubleshooting technical issues, like error codes and meeting launch failures

  1. Sign In to the Zoom Support web page. 
  2. Click the following link Submit a Request
  3. Request type will be Technical Support
  4. Skip the Sub Account ID field.
  5. Select your Priority (I typically select Normal).
  6. Fill in the reason for your request in the Subject field.
  7. Fill in a description of your issue in the Description field.
  8. Select the Zoom product that is having the issue in the Product field. 
  9. Select a more focused area in the Area field to which the issue is occurring. 
  10. Include any attachments or screen shots by selecting Add Attachments
  11. Click the Submit button.

Note: Your will receive an email from Zoom Video Communications acknowledging the submission of your ticket. This email will also provide you a ticket number for reference.
