OU Information Technology offers campus-wide cloud printing services to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This service allows users to print to the cloud and pick up documents at any conveniently located wēpa kiosk.
Kiosks are located across campus in residence halls, public areas, libraries, and computer labs. You can print directly to wēpa kiosks from any OU IT computer lab or OU Libraries desktop computer.
For the Norman campus, once you have uploaded your content and are ready to print, log into any kiosk by inserting and removing your Sooner Card or by using the provided release code. If you don’t have your card on you, you can type in your OUNet ID and password to release your print job. For Oklahoma City campus users, one will need to install the Wepa app for their desktop or mobile device to upload and print their documents.
Kiosks are conveniently located in the following Norman campus hotspots and on the OKC campus.
Letter (8.5” X 11”) – Black and white $0.09 / Color $0.35

*Credit / debit card transactions carry an additional $0.40 per print job convenience fee that is assessed by the credit card company.
Note: Cloud printing cannot be charged to your Bursar account.
Any OU user can access cloud printing kiosks by manually logging in or by swiping an OU ID card (SoonerCard).
Kiosk status and availability are displayed on an interactive map, both through the user interface on each kiosk as well as via the wēpa app on personal devices. OU IT monitors live printer status and consumables levels, allowing technicians to be dispatched if paper or toner levels are low, or if mechanical issues are in need of quick resolution.
