ERSI’s, ArcGIS is a software suite designed for geographic information systems. ArcGIS brings Smart Mapping and 3D Content Sharing to ArcGIS for Server. With smart mapping, you can quickly style the features of your map so that you create useful and visually stunning maps every time.
To access ArcGIS Online, please click "Access Software" or browse to https://uok.maps.arcgis.com and click "Use your University of Oklahoma login" to be directed to sign-in via SSO. Note: As of March 2024, ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap) has been removed from the Esri Educational Institution Agreement. ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap) is no longer be available through the Esri Education Program.
This software is free to current faculty, staff and students with active OU accounts.
Current faculty, staff and students on the Norman, OU HSC and Tulsa campuses may use this software on university owned machines. This software is available to faculty and staff using university owned machines and may be installed on campus lab computers. This software may be used for teaching, academic research and administrative purposes. It is currently available only for Windows platform computers.
