If you are unable to access your OU e-mail, please try to determine the following:
- Are you having problems logging in? Have you recently reset your password or updated your account information? Please see this page for instructions for logging in to Microsoft 365 via the web.
- Were you trying to access your mail from the full Outlook program? Please see this page for instructions on setting up Microsoft 365 in Outlook.
- Please check alerts.ou.edu to see if there are any current outages with Microsoft 365 or the OU mail system.
Have you forgot your account password?
If you are on the site http://outlook.office.com, please note that clicking the “Forgot my password” link on the mail login screen will not work for your OU account. That particular link will send you to a Microsoft account management page. Instead, please visit http://one.ou.edu and click the “Forgot password?” link. You will then be able to begin the OU password reset process.
