Qualtrics is an online survey and analytics tool that can be used by OU faculty, staff, and students to gather data and insights as well as conduct institutional research and generate reports. As the need for the creation of online surveys and polls has increased, allowing access to a professional, powerful, and easy-to-use tool has become paramount. The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center DOES have a HIPAA BAA but does not have an agreement that covers students or other sensitive information.
