License Add-Ons are available to all OU/HSC account holders via departmental charge.

Features

A3 User Account License:
In addition to Microsoft 365 web access, the A3 user license includes desktop versions of the Office applications. For Windows devices, this also includes Access and Publisher. In addition to desktop applications, an A3 license includes an additional 50 GB of mailbox storage and 50 GB of OneDrive storage.

Co-Pilot:
Microsoft Copilot is an everyday AI companion that offers a conversational chat interface. It can help you search for specific information, generate text (such as emails and summaries), and create images based on text prompts. Though a limited Co-Pilot is offered to all OU faculty/staff members, the Add-On license allows Co-Pilot access to the user’s OU emails, OneDrive, and SharePoint documents for a more powerful experience.

PowerBI Pro:
Gain insights from your data regardless of where it lives with Power BI. Connect your data and create ad-hoc analysis and visual reports that are easy to consume on the web and across mobile devices. Power BI transforms your company’s data into rich visuals for you to collect and organize so you can focus on what matters to you. Stay in the know, spot trends as they happen, and push your business further.

Project:
Streamline project, resource, and portfolio management with Microsoft Project to help you keep track of projects successfully. Built-in templates and familiar scheduling tools help project managers and teams stay productive. Evaluate and optimize your project portfolio to prioritize initiatives with business objectives and get the results you want. Close integration with Power BI provides advanced analytics to support better decision-making. Gain insight into how resources are used and collaborate, using integrated tools. With simplified task and time management, teams can enter updates from anywhere, which offers greater executive oversight.

Visio:
Visio makes it easy and intuitive to create flowcharts, diagrams, org charts, floor plans, engineering designs, and more, using modern shapes and templates with the familiar Office experience. Work together on Visio flowcharts to include insights from all stakeholders. And with Microsoft 365, multiple team members can work on diagrams at the same time. Connect your flowcharts and diagrams to real-time data. Applied shape formatting automatically updates your flowcharts to reflect changes in the underlying data, either in Visio or through Microsoft 365.

Visual Studio:
Microsoft Visual Studio is a feature-rich program that supports many aspects of software development. The Visual Studio IDE is a creative launching pad that you can use to edit, debug, and build code, and then publish an app. Over and above the standard editor and debugger that most IDEs provide, Visual Studio includes compilers, code completion tools, graphical designers, and many more features to enhance the software development process.
