Zoom is a video conferencing application available to all OU students, faculty, staff, residents, and affiliates. Users can log in via single sign-on (SSO) two ways: at oklahoma.zoom.us, or via the Zoom client. Information on Zoom and the request options available can be found on the link.ou.edu/Zoom. An internal KB article for Zoom/MyMedia FAQs is available, and public articles on Zoom can be found at OU IT Knowledge Base.
If you are unable to answer a customer's question using the resources linked above, you can post a question in the #services-ls-all Slack channel. If you do not get a response, create a task and assign it to Learning Spaces.
