Are you using the correct email?

Your default email address includes your name and will be formatted similarly to this example: First.M.Last-1@ou.edu. If you set an alias, you must use your alias to log in. Log in to accounts.ou.edu to verify if you have set an alias.

It may take up to 2 days for a new alias to update in the system. Until then, you may need to continue using your default email address or previous alias. For more information, please visit this article.

Are you using the correct password?

Your OU email password is also used to access any OU account pages that utilize your OUNetID.

Do you need to change your password?

You cannot change your password through outlook.office.com. Passwords can only be changed following the steps in the articles below.
