Forgot Password

Go to http://one.ou.edu. and click "Forgot password?" under the login area.
Enter your OUNet ID and click Continue.
- An email containing a password reset link will be sent to the alternate email address provided for the account specified. The password reset link will expire after thirty (30) minutes.
- If no alternate email address has been provided, security questions from the previous account management system will be used if available.
- If no security questions have been defined and no recovery email address has been set for this account, you will need to contact OU IT at (405) 325-4357 for assistance to access this account.
