How to locate your Computer Name and Serial Number using the TeamDynamix IT Asset Management client

The Sassafras/KeyAccess client is now TeamDynamix. Users may notice some changes as computers connect to the client and the software is updated on their computer.

The TeamDynamix client logo may show in the system tray/task bar, applications list, and activity/process monitor of computers. The software performs the same functions as Sassafras/KeyAccess but is now branded as TeamDynamix
