As a Visiting Scholar, you are given special privileges and access to certain spaces at the University of Oklahoma.
Previously, Sooner Card was able to produce Sooner ID numbers; however, going forward, all Visiting Scholar Sooner ID numbers will be generated once the Provost approves the appointment. Once the Provost approves the appointment, you may submit your request for a Visiting Scholar Sooner Card and someone in the Sooner Card Office will generate the card for you or the requester and either will be emailed.
The card will cost $30 and the cost can be covered by either the Visiting Scholar or the Department through Chart Field Spread (CFS Number).
You can choose at the bottom of the request to pick up the card in either office or have it shipped through interdepartmental mail
