Primary method (All Campuses)
If you are the instructor of record for a course, you may email your course enrolled students in One by doing the following:
- Log in to one.ou.edu and then click on My Courses.
- Under the Action button, click the "Email class" option.
- You may be prompted to select which email program to use to send this email.
- A window should open to compose your email and email the distribution list associated with this course.
Alternative method (Norman Campus Courses)
One can determine the email address distribution list for their course if they are the course instructor of record by doing the following:
- Log into The Book at https://sis.ou.edu/thebook
- Select "Instructor Course List".
- Select the course term.
- Select the course.
- Locate the email address in the bottom right.

- Finally copy and paste this email address into To: field of your email application's compose new email page.
