At present only full time OU employees may use Adobe enterprise. There still may be a way for you to get Adobe installed on your machine however. If you use an OU owned machine or are a department running a computer lab and need Adobe products installed, you can request an Adobe package installation by visiting the Adobe page on the IT Software Catalog.
