Purpose
OU Faculty, Staff, and any other OU personnel including applicable contractors, storing, transmitting or processing CUI, must receive suitable CUI awareness training within 90 days of the identification of CUI requirements and at least once every 2 years after.
Training
Required training by researchers involved in the CUI project is available through Qualtrics and is also monitored by the OVPRP.
Level 1
Level 1 training must be completed by all CUI project personnel (e.g., students, faculty, or staff). https://ousurvey.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_54uilWxeB63z38N
Level 2
Level 2 training must be completed by all CUI project personnel with administrative permissions (e.g., Principal Investigator, developers). Level 2 training must be completed in addition to Level 1 training. https://ousurvey.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5A9xKaX9fYbD1HL
Level 3
Level 3 training must be completed by all CUI project IT personnel. As IT personnel are identified for projects, they will receive an e-mail invitation to complete training.
