The New/Replacement Telephone service allows departments to request a new phone or replace an existing one.
*A valid approver and CFS (Chart Field Spread) must be provided before submitting this request.
All new/replacement telephones are $150 with a $25/month recurring charge.
This service is available to all faculty and staff located on the Tulsa campus.
