The Device Surplus Request service allows departments to submit a request to surplus computer equipment.
When submitting a request, you must include a list of devices that you would like to surplus.
Surplus equipment will only be picked-up once the request is approved by the departmental approver.
There are no costs associated with this service.
This service is available to all faculty and staff located on the Tulsa campus.
All University owned computer hardware is required to be recycled through the surplus process. This ensures the proper and safest ways of disposal of technology equipment.
