The Training Department Services offers support with Epic and the Dragon Dictation programs. The team is available for onboarding training team or individual elbow support at request. The Tulsa training team also coordinates with the OUH team to support any training, development, or questions that may not be supported in whole by Tulsa.
The training service tickets allow end users to document their needs in support and training with details, screenshots, and information so that support and training can be provided most effectively and efficiently.
