GlobalProtect VPN – Android Install

  1. To begin, navigate to the GlobalProtect download on the Google Play app store.
  2. Install the app to your device and then Open it.
  3. Select whether you agree to GlobalProtect's data sharing policies.
  4. Select whether you wish to received notifications from GlobalProtect.
  5. For the portal address, please use the following addresses for your campus location:
    • The portal address for the Tulsa VPN for Norman account users is: soonervpn.tulsa.ou.edu
    • The portal address for the Tulsa VPN for Health Campus account users is: vpn.tulsa.ou.edu
    • The portal address for the Norman VPN is: ouvpn.ou.edu
    • The portal address for the Health Campus VPN is: connect2.ouhsc.edu
  6. For Username, enter your OU user name.
  7. For Password, enter your OU password.
  8. You should now be promoted to accept the authentication in PingID.
  9. Select to allow GlobalProtect to set up a VPN connection that allows it to monitor network traffic.
  10. Click See More to read the network authorization agreement and then click to close it.
  11. You should now be connected to the GlobalProtect. If you wish to disconnect, touch the "Connected" toggle in the middle of the screen.
