GlobalProtect VPN – iOS Install

iOS (iPhone and iPad)

1. To begin, navigate to the GlobalProtect download on the iOS app store.
2. Install the app to your device and then Open it.
3. Select whether you wish to received notifications from GlobalProtect.
4. Agree to the Privacy policy
5. For the portal address, please use the following addresses for your campus location:
   • The portal address for the Tulsa VPN for Norman account users is: soonervpn.tulsa.ou.edu
   • The portal address for the Tulsa VPN for Health Campus account users is: vpn.tulsa.ou.edu
   • The portal address for the Norman VPN is: ouvpn.ou.edu
   • The portal address for the Health Campus VPN is: connect2.ouhsc.edu
6. Enter your phone passcode if prompted.
7. Select to Allow "GlobalProtect" to Add VPN Configurations.
8. For Username, enter your OU user name.
9. For Password, enter your OU password.
10. You should now be promoted to accept the authentication in PingID.
11. Read the network authorization agreement and then click to close it.
12. You should now be connected to the GlobalProtect. If you wish to disconnect, touch the "Tap to Disconnect" toggle.
