How to search for a patient:
Use any of the fields to enter search information.
Find and click on the patient:
This is what the chart will look like when you open it.
To search for the documents you must start at the Encounter tab.
To start your search for documents, you will begin on the “Encounter” tab. (Notice the highlighted search bar. You can restrain your search of encounters based on the highlighted criteria.)
Do not click on the “Comments” to see the encounter. Use the file path under “Documents”.
To see the documents for all of the encounters you marked, click on the “Document” tab and you will be able to see the Original document and any appended documents as well.
The “File Path” is where you will click to see the documents.
If you need to print documents, check the box on each line you want printed and then click Export/Print.
