Device Network Connectivity Support

Overview

The Device Network Connectivity Support service allows OU Faculty, Staff, and Students to report issues related to connecting to the University's wired or wireless networks using university-owned or personal devices. Please be prepared to provide information like the following:

• Connection Type
• Device Type
• MAC Address (Unique identifier for your network adapter. More information in this Finding a MAC Address article.)
• Location and description of network disruption issues
