Body
Allows meeting participants to communicate before, during, and after a meeting by creating a dedicated group chat in Zoom Team Chat for all meeting participants. When enabled, In-meeting chats will show up in that group chat as they are sent in the meeting, allowing continuous meeting chat even after a meeting ends.
To enable or disable continuous meeting chat for your own use:
-
Sign in to the Zoom web portal at https://oklahoma.zoom.us/.
-
In the navigation menu, click Settings.
-
Click the Meeting tab.
-
Under Schedule Meeting, click the Enable continuous meeting chat toggle to enable or disable it.
-
If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
-
Add the email addresses of meeting participants to the Attendees box who need access to the Meeting Group Chat.
-
Added attendees will have access to the Meeting Group Chat before and after the meeting.
NOTE: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the group or account level. You need to contact your Zoom admin.
NOTE 2: Continuous meeting chat does not support use with your Personal Meeting Room. The meeting ID must be generated automatically.
