You can contact Canvas directly for general how to questions and support. Please contact Canvas if you need assistance with the following:

• Adding/changing quizzes and assignments
• Copying course content
• Gradebook issues
• Discussion boards usage
• Creating news items
• Managing files and folders in their course

• The Help option at the bottom of the Global Navigation bar in Canvas (where Account, Dashboard, Courses, etc. are located)
