Configuring the Zoom Mail Client for Microsoft 365 – The Zoom Mail Client allows you to view and manage your emails directly from the Zoom desktop client, further centralizing all your meetings, phone, chat, whiteboard, and email needs in one application.

Sign into the Zoom web portal at https://oklahoma.zoom.us/.

In the navigation menu, click Profile.

Scroll down to Calendar and Contacts Integration in the Others section.

Select the Configure Calendar and Contacts Service button.

Select Office 365 as the service you want to connect with.

Click Next.
You will be directed to the Office 365 sign-in page.

Verify Authorize with OAuth 2.0 is check.

Verify the permissions for the service, ensuring to include both Read and Write permissions for Calendar and Contacts.

Click Authorize.

Sign in to your Microsoft email account using your work email and password.

Agree to the Permissions requested by Zoom for Microsoft 365, click Accept.
Installing the Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook – The Zoom Microsoft Outlook plugin is designed to make scheduling a meeting in Microsoft Outlook quick and convenient. The plugin allows you to schedule and start instant Zoom meetings, as well as make existing meeting events Zoom meetings.

Goto the Zoom web portal, but DO NOT sign in.

Select Download Client at the bottom center of the web page.

Select the Download for Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook.
Note: DO NOT select Add Zoom as an Add-in for Outlook on the web unless you are using Microsoft 365 on the web.

Once ZoomOutlookPluginSetup.msi is downloaded, then follow the prompts to install.

Once installation is complete, make sure Microsoft Outlook restarted.

You will now see two new buttons on the Microsoft Outlook Home Ribbon labeled Schedule a Meeting and Start Instant Meeting. They will be in a group titled Zoom.
