M365 Exchange Online Migration

What is happening?

In an effort to provide better mail services to the university system, OU IT is moving email services to Microsoft 365 Exchange Online.

 

How Will This Change Affect Me?

After the migration of your email, you will experience a loss of email connectivity on your device until you re-connect your account.

 

What Should I Do?

If you need immediate access to your email or calendar, you may log into outlook.office.com. To remedy the issue on your affected application, review the questions below. You will need to update your apps on your computer, phone, tablets, or other mobile devices as necessary to stay connected.

Are you using a University owned/managed machine running Windows and Outlook?

Are you using the iOS Mail app or running iOS 11 or older on your Apple iPhone or iPad? 

Are you using an Android device?
