Next, you will need to verify your identity using one of four possible options. Please note – it was not required that you set up all options when you set up your alumni email. You may not have all options available to you, but you should have at least one.

  • Email my alternate email – this is the alternate email you entered when you set up your alumni email and/or added as an additional multi-factor authentication (MFA) method.
  • Text my mobile phone – this is the phone number you entered when you set up your alumni email and/or added as an additional multi-factor authentication (MFA) method.
  • Call my mobile phone – this should be the same number as option #2.
  • Enter a code from my authenticator app - this would be a code visible in your Microsoft Authenticator app.

If you choose the email or text option, you will need to enter the verification code to continue. If you choose the phone call, you will need to follow the automated instructions on the call.

If you do not have access to any of the listed verification methods, please submit an Alumni Account Assistance form.
