How to Access Account Management Through ONE

In order for a student to access Account Management through ONE, they will need to log in to Single Sign-On at one.ou.edu:

  1. Log in with your OU username and password. Approve PingID multi-factor if prompted.
  2. On the home page, click the student’s picture in the upper right corner, and click “Account Settings”.
  3. Navigate to the desired section to edit things like the password, e-mail alias, emergency contact, OUIDPIN and emergency alerts.
