Why is my OU Affiliate Account disabled?
In response to potential issues with federal compliance and cybersecurity concerns, OU Affiliate accounts were disabled on April 10, 2025 when the account met either of the two (2) following conditions:
- The account holder failed to complete the Affiliate Survey that was provided to them via email and their supervisor 5 times over a 2-week period.
- The account password was expired.
How do I get access to my OU Affiliate Account?
Effective Tuesday, September 29th 2026 accounts which remained disabled were terminated in the HR system. Affiliates will need to engage with their department to be re-hired into the system.
