Mapping the shared drive

  1. Click the Windows Start button button and type This PC. This PC menu option 
  2. Click This PC to launch an explorer window. This PC icon
  3. Click the Computer tab on the ribbon and select Map network drive. Map Network Drive button 
  4. Choose the drive letter T:\ and type in the new share name \\tulfile\eFax\DEPT\NRCYS Map Network Drive fields
  5. Click Finish to map the drive.

 

Disconnecting a mapped drive

  1. Click the Windows Start button button and type This PC. This PC menu option 
  2. Click This PC to launch an explorer window. This PC icon
  3. Right-click the mapped drive and click Disconnect. Disconnect option
