Forgot Password

  1. Go to http://one.ou.edu. and click "Forgot password?" under the login area. OU SSO login screen with Forgot Password highlighted
  2. Enter your OU username or email address and click Continue.
    • A recovery email containing a password reset link will be sent to the alternate email address provided for the account specified. The password reset link will expire after thirty (30) minutes.
    • Click on the link and follow the prompts to set a new, unique password.
    • If you do not have access to your alternate email address, you will need to contact (405) 325-HELP (4357) for assistance.
