How to check if you have G3 access to Office 365

Follow the instructions below to check if you have G3 access to Office 365. Please note your subscription will be different if you log in with your OU credentials, so be sure to log in with your DHS credentials.

1. Go to portal.office.com and log in.
2. Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. Select View account.
4. Select Subscriptions from the navigation menu, or scroll down to Subscriptions and select View.

5. Scroll down to see if your permissions are G3 or G1 (e.g., Microsoft 365 G3 GCC).
6. If G3, nothing needs to be done. If G1, call OMES and log an incident ticket titled “Requesting G3 access to Office 365.”
