This service request is for OU IT to restore the mailbox of an OUH Affiliate account which was disconnected at the request of OU Health.
Important Information
OU IT will begin the restoration of the mailbox within 2 business days of the request. Business days are considered Monday through Friday. Monday, July 4th is not considered a business day as the University is closed.
Depending on the size of the mailbox, it may take up to 5-7 business days, after the start of the restoration, for the mailbox to be available. Restoration of the mailbox will not include any emails sent to the user while the mailbox was disconnected.
Due to the effort involved in this type of restore, there is flat $250.00 charge associated with this effort.
OUH Mailbox Restores may be requested by designated group sponsors inside OU Health.
