On Monday January 5th @ 9:00AM until 3:00PM – Sooner Card will be performing critical server maintenance. While core services remain fully operational, other services should be considered unreliable. During this time, services will be affected in the following ways:
- “Blackboard” Transact Access – The desktop client will be unavailable.
- Door Access – Should work in offline mode, but users could be affected.
- Point of Sale – Campus card transactions will be operating in offline mode.
- WEPA – Users will not be able to log in to WEPA printing kiosks with their Sooner Card or utilize Sooner Sense for printing. Users should be able to log in to WEPA kiosks manually with their WEPA account.
- Mobile Sooner Card – Adding the Sooner Card to a mobile device will be unavailable.
- Transact API – API will be unavailable.
- Reporting System (reportcard.ou.edu) – Reporting system will be unavailable. Scheduled Reports during the outage window may not be sent. If you have not received it post-maintenance, please let us know at SoonerCard@ou.edu.
- Online photo submission – Account photo changes will be unavailable.
Door Schedule Changes – Will not be possible on 1/5 until after 3pm.
