Managing your mobile or physical Sooner Card in eAccounts

Once you’ve added your Sooner Card in Apple Wallet or GPay what happens if you’ve misplaced your device or card? First, use Lost Mode if you’ve lost your device. Here’s what to do if you want to temporarily suspend your mobile or physical Sooner Card or remove your card from Apple Wallet or GPay

Suspend your mobile Sooner Card using Transact eAccounts

  1. Tap the cogwheel on the eAccounts main page.
  2. Select Card Management
  3. Find the toggle labeled "iPhone Campus ID", "Apple Watch Campus ID" or "Android Campus ID" depending on the device.
  4. Using the toggle, turn off the ID, this will mark it as lost.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email that your Sooner Card credential has been suspended.

Re-enabling your Sooner Card is as simple as following the same steps and toggling the ID in eAccounts.

Suspend your physical Sooner Card using Transact eAccounts

Multiple numbers may show up, one showing as your student ID "11xxx" and one as "6089xxx", deselect both numbers

Suspend your Sooner Card using iCloud and Find My iPhone

You may temporarily suspend the use of your Sooner Card in Apple Wallet by placing your iPhone or Apple Watch in Lost Mode at iCloud.com or using the Find My iPhone app. For more information, please visit apple.com.

Remove your Sooner Card using Transact eAccounts on iOS

  1. Tap the arrow next to your photo in the upper righthand corner of the eAccounts app.
  2. On the Campus ID, select the More Information icon.
  3. Choose “Remove Campus ID”.
  4. Remove your Sooner Card from iPhone, Apple Watch, or both.

Remove your Sooner Card using Transact eAccounts on Android

  1. Tap the arrow next to your photo in the upper righthand corner of the eAccounts app.
  2. On the Campus ID, select the More Information icon.
  3. Choose “Remove Campus ID from Google Wallet”.
  4. Remove your Sooner Card from Android device.

Unpair your mobile device from PingID App

  1. Tap the cogwheel on the upper righthand corner of the PingID app.
  2. Select 'Unpair Device'.
  3. Choose "Unpair" when prompted.

Remove your Sooner Card using Apple Wallet or Watch App

To remove from iPhone:

  1. Open Wallet and select your Sooner Card
  2. Click the (…) icon to view the back of your Sooner Card
  3. Select Remove Card

To remove from Apple Watch:

  1. Open the Watch App on your iPhone
  2. Tap Wallet & Apple Pay
  3. Select your Sooner Card
  4. Select Remove Card
