The Power BI download is a desktop application that will only function on Windows. All OU accounts have access to a browser-only version with reduced functionality that is available at portal.office.com for free. Browser-based software will run on Windows and Mac operating systems. To access this software on a browser, log in with your @ou or @ouhsc account at portal.office.com, click the cluster of dots in the top left of the screen, then select "All apps" to see available programs.
Power BI Pro licenses are available for $25.50 per user, per year, with an annual contract. Licenses are automatically renewed annually on July 1st and licenses purchased after July 1st will be pro-rated by the monthly rate. If the licenses are purchased after the 15th of the month, billing will start on the 1st of the following month. Licenses purchased prior to the 15th of the month will be billed for the current month. Licenses may be cancelled at the end of the annual contract, between June 1st and June 30th to avoid being billed for another year.
