OU IT provides University of Oklahoma Alumni and Retiree's continued email access using the OU alumni domain, @alumni.ou.edu. The OU Alumni account is not associated with @ou.edu or @ouhsc.edu addresses, and OU IT is not able to facilitate data transfer (including a current account) into the alumni account. Please utilize this service to request account assistance with an already existing account. You are required to provide photo identification, as part of the request. Please note this will need to be a high resolution photo of you holding your OU ID, state ID or country ID that clearly shows your face and name.
