Audio Video - Classroom/Conference Room Consults & Support

Learning Spaces is the on-campus resource for consultation, design, installation, and support of audio/video technology & conferencing solutions for all learning, collaboration, and medical spaces. Effective systems integration requires careful planning, layout, and design to create an easy-to-use, familiar user experience. Additionally, training is provided for your support staff and primary users with escalated support from us.

Learning Spaces is currently accepting new consultation and project requests.

 

Cost

- General consultations are provided at no cost.

- Training and support requests are billed at $45/hr.

- Professional services (design, programming, project management) are billed at $65/hr.

- For AV projects the hardware and labor costs are outlined in the project quote.

Availability

Services are available to all University colleges, departments, and affiliates.
