Cost
Billing for Docusign will be per envelope completed at a rate of $4.16 monthly. This monthly charge is not set and is based on the usage of the individual user account. This will also be the price for the Docusign contract during Fiscal Year 2025 and could change each Fiscal Year.
Example Charge: If 10 envelopes (signatures/documents) are sent, but only 8 are signed by all parties, you will be charged for 8 completed. If 10 are sent and signed by all parties, you will be charged for all 10.

Availability
Docusign signing capabilities are available to all OU faculty and staff with signature authority. Additional requests will be granted as availability permits.
Please note that OU IT does not transfer software licenses. If a user no longer needs a license, the department must cancel the license and get a new one for the replacement user.
