Learning Spaces Technology Support provides specialized in-room support and training services to assist the University of Oklahoma community with the technical aspects of technology use in classrooms, meeting rooms, and collaborative settings across campus. Services include system troubleshooting and resolution, on-site faculty assistance/training, system monitoring, and system maintenance/planning.
Learning Spaces support priority is based upon the following hierarchy:
Learning Spaces is currently accepting new consultation and project requests.
Centrally Scheduled Space – There is no cost for support/assistance in a centrally scheduled space. General consultations are provided at no cost. - Training and support requests are billed at $45/hr. - Professional services (design, programming, project management) are billed at $65/hr. For AV projects, hardware and labor costs are outlined in the project quote.
Fall/Spring Semesters:

As technology advisors and consultants, we help faculty, staff, and students explore and articulate their present and future needs through our understanding of how technology and pedagogies interact. We enable partnerships that inform and shape the environment, resulting in better-designed facilities for the University. The team assesses the technology needs of the individual and matches the appropriate collaborative, conferencing, and interactive teaching tool for each unique scenario.
