Epic Access - SCC Clinical Trials Office

For All CTO Epic access requests
CTO administrator to submit a ticket to IT Mission Support Team (https://link.ou.edu/devicesupport) with the below information. Feel free to copy/paste.

For HSCUSERNAME using device COMPUTERNAME, please:

  • Verify that the device is in the “Cancer Center” org unit in AD
  • Create/send a TDX TASK to assignment group “Services – Accounts” requesting the user be added to the “Epic-ClinicalTrialsOffice” group in AD

 
If Clinical Research Team members that will require more than read-only access to Epic.

  1. CTO submit a ticket to OUH IT to obtain OUH credentials for them, as well as requesting HealthStream access so they can start their training.
  2. Once OUH access is granted, and they complete their Epic Training, CTO submit a ticket to OUH IT for Epic credentials.
  3. Maintenance/follow up will be with OUHSC IT for any OUHSC application/login issues, OUH IT for any OUH applications (epic) or OUH Login issues.

 
If Non-Clinical Research Team members that only require Read-Only access to Epic.

  1. CTO submit a ticket to OUH IT to obtain OUH credentials for them,
  2. Once OUH access is granted they can submit a ticket to OUH IT for read-only access
  3. Maintenance/follow up will be with OUHSC IT for any OUHSC application/login issues, OUH IT for any OUH applications (epic) or OUH Login issues.
