Viewing and Commenting on a Ticket

If you have submitted an IT Support Request through a specific Service or through the General IT Help forms, you may view your ticket by logging into, next click the Services tab, finally click the Ticket Requests tab to view a list of your tickets. You may use the search options to filter the tickets displayed.

Once you have clicked on the ticket you wish to view, you may see the full details you submitted as well as any communication sent to you by the iT Support team. If you need to reply or add any additional comments, you may click the Comment button.
