IT Service Management Tool Transition Information

OU IT Service Portal Update -

Over the last year, OU IT has worked to consolidate independent campus IT support and ticketing tools into a single tool system-wide. This transformation will enable faster resolutions, streamlined service delivery, improved self help resources, and a single portal to request IT related Services. OU IT will transition Service Management systems for the OU Health Sciences Center to the new tool on June 16th. 

This new portal will enable you to: 

  • Search for answers on our knowledge base containing public self-help articles
  • Browse our Service Request forms for automated routing for faster processing
  • Sign in to the Customer Portal to view and comment on your open IT Tickets
  • Submit help tickets through the General IT Support button

PLEASE NOTE: Specific software licenses and Telecom orders will no longer be processed via PeopleSoft SUR. These requests will continue to require approval from the designated CFS ORG approvers as designated in the PeopleSoft voucher approval process. All valid approvers will receive an approval request via email that must be processed prior to the request being fulfilled. Directions for how these these requests can be approved can be found here.
