How to add HSCACCESS to Mobile Devices

Please note that HSCACCESS is for HSC staff and faculty only.

Android:

Notice: Due to the nature of Android Devices these instructions might differ. The actual settings should stay consistent among devices. These were written on a Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 6.0.1

  • Click the Menu Button
  • Click Settings
  • Navigate to Connections
  • Select Wi-Fi
  • Select the three dots in the top righthand corner
  • Select Add Network
  • Network Name: HSCACCESS (all caps)
  • Security: 802.1x Enterprise
  • EAP Method: PEAP
  • Phase 2 Authentication: MSCHAPV2
  • Identity: ouhsc\OUHSC UserID
  • Anonymous Identity: ouhsc\OUHSC UserID
  • Wireless Password: OUHSC password

iOS:

  • Select Settings
  • Select Wi-Fi
  • Turn WiFi ON if it is not already on
  • Select Other..from the Choose a Network section
  • Name: HSCACCESS
  • Security: WPA2 Enterprise
  • Username: Enter in your OUHSC UserID (username) in the format: userID
  • Password: Enter in your OUHSC Password
  • Select Join the upper right corner
  • Select Accept on the certificate window
