Shared Services - VDI Health Check

MyDesk

  1. Log in to MyDesk Admin Portal (mydesk-cs1.net.ou.edu/admin) with your S2 account.
  2. Ensure that the Dashboard link under Inventory to the left is selected and expand the System Health components of the ones that show a red box.  Explain anything that shows red.
