How do I configure Mac Mail to check my campus email?

Note: If you are connecting to the Internet via Cox cable modem or SBC DSL, you will need to perform the following steps. These steps will need to be done before continuing the configuration of the Mac Mail Client.

  1. Go to Connect2.ouhsc.edu and login using your OUHSC username/password. Download the GlobalProtect agent for your OS. 
  2. After launch, select to connect to Connect2.ouhsc.edu and log in using your OUHSC username/password. Now authenticate the log in with your multi-factor method when prompted.
  3. Click the Mail icon on your desktop. You will be guided through the steps to set up your mail account. Click Continue.
  4. Select Exchange.
    • Name: Your full name
    • Email Address: Your OUHSC email address
    • Password: Your OUHSC password. 
  5. Click Continue
  6. Mail should find the account and add it.
  7. Click Continue.
  8. Select what applications that account accesses
  9. Click Done
