PC Secure Browser Not Launching

The root cause of PC Secure Browser not launching is a setting in Internet Explorer not allowing the computer to save cached versions of encrypted web pages. Verify this box is unchecked by opening Internet Explorer > Settings > Advanced > Security header > "Do not save encrypted pages to disk". If this box is checked and grayed out, the fix is below. If you able to uncheck this box, uncheck it, click Apply at the bottom of the box, and run PC Secure Browser again.

In order to fix this, click the Start menu in the lower left hand corner, type in "Run", and click enter (alternatively, you can press Windows key and R on your keyboard to launch the Run dialog box).

When the Run dialog box opens, type in "regedit"

Once the Registry Editor is open, navigate to the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings

Your window should look like the screenshot below:

To disable DisableCachingOfSSLPages, double click on the entry and set the value to 0. Do not change anything else in this window

Click "OK" and close the Registry Editor. Launch PC Secure Browser again and it should launch as expected.
