Set Up Microsoft 365 in Outlook Microsoft 365 in iOS or Android

To begin, on your device, download Outlook from the App store for your device.
- Outlook in the Google Play Store
- Outlook in the Apple App Store
Next, launch Outlook on your device and then hit Add Account.
- Your app may attempt to add a non-OU account. If one is listed, select Skip.
Now enter your OU/OUHSC email address.
- On Android, now hit Continue.
- On iOS, now hit Add Account.
Your account may now ask you to verify. You may also be prompted to hit Open Authenticator. If so, tap the button and you should be taken directly to the user and password page.
Now enter your OU/OUHSC email address once again as your user name if prompted, and your OU password as the password, then click Sign In.
- During authentication, you may be also prompted to approve the log in through PingID.
Outlook may ask if you want to add another account, you may hit Skip or Maybe Later.
You may now be presented with prompts asking to enable certain features, you may choose your desired options.
Finally your Outlook Inbox will load.
