If you are utilizing Peoplsoft Financials, you may receive one of the messages listed above. This is a result of a caching issue within Peoplesoft. To alleviate the issue, you must be sure sign out of any Peoplesoft session (fs.ou.edu, hc.ou.edu, or selfservehc.ou.edu) before opening another version of the site. You cannot simply close your browser or open a new browser; you must physically select a "Sign Out" button. This button is available by selecting the three vertical dots in the top right of any Peoplesoft page, then selecting "Sign Out." If this does not work at first, please delete your browser cache for "all time", not just for the last few hours. For a listing of browser cache clearing instructions, please visit our Clear Cookies and Cache article.

To prevent the issue from recurring, try the following:
- Always ensure that you do not have more than one Peoplesoft tab open in the same browser.
- Consider using one browser for FSCM/HCM and a different browser (like Chrome, Edge or Safari) for HR Self Services (selfservehc.ou.edu).
