Conflict of Interest Site Sign In Lock

The OU Conflict of Interest reporting site asks users to sign in to an external website with their OU login.

The Issue

If the OU users enters their password in incorrectly three times, their account may become locked and the site will return an error message.

This message may state "Unable to complete login. The user is blocked. Please contact your administrator to unlock your account." or "Something went wrong. Unable to complete login. The login system returned an error."

Resolution

To resolve this issue, please email the Conflict of Interest offices:

Please note that once OU reports the issue to Navex, it can take up to 24 hours for the account to be unlocked.
